  • Developed and executed an annual HR marketing and employer branding strategy.

  • Implemented "Friend Brings Friend" programs, Employer Branding presence on Glassdoor and Instagram, s well as an organic employees testimonial video campaign generating engagement on Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • As a result, the company recruited over 30 talents, mostly tech engineers and architects throughout 2021.

Bar Lev Hi-Tech Park

Online Marketing strategy,

including building a Marketing B2B tech Community.

  • ​Online Marketing Strategy for a newly built Hi-tech Park in Northern Israel

  • As an online marketing specialist, I was tasked with developing and executing an online marketing strategy to attract leading tech companies to populate a newly built Hi-tech Park in Northern Israel with their R&D divisions. The main concern of targeted companies was the lack of suitably skilled employees in the area. To address this, I built a solid Hi-tech B2B community and created a pool of local tech talents through various online channels and platforms.

  • To further bolster the appeal of the Hi-tech Park, I promoted a large HR Tech conference which successfully brought in 1200 tech job-seekers from the surrounding area, as well as generating tremendous digital PR hype. Additionally, I utilized a multifaceted approach by promoting the park's Co-Working space and marketing the in-house café with a business atmosphere to attract small-scale startups and tech-serving businesses.

  • The results of my efforts were significant, resulting in a marked increase in the number of leading tech companies populating the park with their R&D divisions and a pool of local tech talents available for hire. Overall, the online marketing strategy was a resounding success, contributing to the successful development of the Hi-tech Park in Northern Israel.

UX Writing & Content Development

  • CAR 2 GO - Website Micro Copy and Content Management with SEO

  • As a content specialist, I was responsible for managing the website micro copy and content for CAR 2 GO, with a focus on SEO. My role included crafting compelling and persuasive language for the website to drive conversions and increase user engagement while optimizing it for search engines. I was also responsible for maintaining and updating the website's content to ensure it was accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for keywords and phrases relevant to the car rental industry.

  • I worked closely with the website design and development team to ensure that the website's micro copy and content were optimized for search engines and user experience. I also collaborated with the marketing and sales teams to align website messaging with overall company goals and branding.

  • Through my efforts, I was able to significantly improve the website's conversion rate and user engagement, resulting in an increase in customer acquisition and sales for CAR 2 GO. Additionally, I was able to improve the website's visibility and search engine ranking by incorporating SEO best practices and techniques such as keyword research, meta tags, and backlinks building.

As the Head of Marketing & Digital PR Division at Eisenberg-Eliash B2B PR & Investor relations, I was responsible for leading the company's marketing and digital PR efforts to support the growth and success of our clients. My role included developing and executing comprehensive marketing and online PR strategies, including online PR crisis management. I worked closely with our clients' company's leadership team to align marketing and PR efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

I was responsible for creating and implementing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase engagement with target audiences. Additionally, I oversaw the company's digital PR efforts, including media relations, social media management, and influencer marketing. I also had the responsibility of handling the online reputation of our clients and was in charge of handling and resolving any online crisis that may arise.

Overall, my leadership and expertise in marketing and digital PR complimented the success of Eisenberg-Eliash B2B PR & Investors relations and our clients success.

Social Media Marketing & digital PR

  • Developed and executed a comprehensive digital promotion strategy for the group's restaurant, delicatessen, and cafe, including promotion of job openings for positions within the group.

  • Collaborated with the Group's leadership team to create and produce engaging digital content that supports their mission of cultivating and nurturing Israel's diverse and creative food culture.

  • Worked closely with the group's HR to develop and execute online campaigns to promote job openings.

  • Asif, Israel's Culinary Centre, is a non profit orgenazition and the joint venture of the New York City-based Jewish Food Society and Tel Aviv's Start-Up Nation Central. I also coordinated between both parties to align the online strategy and provide a seamless experience.
